Jakarta Smart City booth that is set up at Hall C1 in 2016 Jakarta Fair has successfully attracted 2,300 visitors.
Using this concept, resident is hoped can get to know and understand the innovation and technology that has been implemented in Jakarta
According to Dian Ekowati, Head of Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Dept, concept of Jakarta Smart City that performed in pavilion is focused on giving innovation and technology service from various units under Jakarta Provincial Government.
"Using this concept, resident is hoped can get to know and understand the innovation and technology that has been implemented in Jakarta," she disclosed, at JIExpo Kemayoran.
Jakarta Smart City to Enliven Jakarta FairShe continued, in the event that held since June 10-July 17, involving 18 regional working units (SKPD) such as Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Dept, Housing and Government Building Dept, Industry and Energy Dept, Cleanliness Dept, Health Dept, Tax Service Dept, KUMKMP Dept, Education Dept and Transportation Dept.
"We also involved five BUMDs, such as Transjakarta, Jakarta Tourisindo, MRT Jakarta, Bank DKI and Jakarta Propertindo," she continued.
Ekowati added that the pavilion also provided an area named apps lounge as an application to support Jakarta Smart City concept thus it can introduce their services to visitors.
"It's hoped, programs and innovation of Jakarta government can be known and used maximally by residents," she expected.
